Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product has manufacturing defects or does not correspond in size. The maximum return period is 15 days from receipt of the parcel.

The cost of return transport is the Buyer's responsibility. To optimise the cost, you can use the courier platform www.woot.ro

If the product is unused, its value will be refunded to the bank account provided by the Buyer by email info@adhoreca.ro within a maximum of 5 working days.

If the product is used, it will be regulated as appropriate.
